Our

In 2015, a group of professionals met at the Paris Bar Association to lay the foundation for IELA*. After three years of work, in 2018 the Association Internationale des Avocats du Travail or the International Employment Lawyers Association -in English-, was registered in Paris, from which we adopted the acronym IELA.

IELA's goal is to provide a framework for exchanges among labor lawyers and jurists in the social domain, as well as academics and other judges from around the world. It is constituted as a link between individuals and administrations, acting as a liaison and a permanent place of reflection, while providing services, advice and training for its members.

Through this network, we help our members to increase their client portfolio and their promotion and prestige in an international environment. With offices in Europe and Latin America, IELA is at the forefront of labour mobility.

* IELA is currently registered with the Registry of Associations of the Prefecture of Paris under file number W751244568.
